Is an individual that sits around doing nothing day in and day out. Overtime he becomes lazier and performs less and less. Best described as an object that doesn't move, staying stagnate and stuck in one period of time forever.

"Did you know that Robert lives in a shack and still has no job? He is such a pud just stuck in one place forever."
