phallopharynx 

section of the human throat pharynx that is involved in fellatio through contact with the penis or the force of ejaculate, normally inclusive of sections of the oropharynx, but can include the hypopharynx during a well-endowed deepthroat or the nasopharynx on a bad day.

It wasn't until after my divorce that I realized I had a phallopharynx.
