1. The opposite of casual drinking or having a quiet beer. Conversation may turn homosexual unpredictably.

2. A state of intoxication. Commonly used term to describe drinking with the use of MDMA in New Zealand

Friend 1: Keen for a few quiets tonight?
Friend 2: Nah I'm getting fully milney'd tonight.
