Defying "on the run" from police etc.

Raid: meaning police raid

and/or "keeping under the radar" (RAID-ar)
and
Shade: which comes from the word "shady", as in 'suspicious'
Marshall was a 'Raidshade' because he was on the run from a crime he had previously committed.
