A word used to describe whimsical and upbeat music and artists. You would say someone is Slooby, or feeling Slooby, if they are composers of joyous, playful and melodic music.

Person One: "Have you heard any Slooby lately?"
Person Two: "Do you mean Slooby Dooby Music?"
