A Scripy Kiddie
Someone who believes to be a computer hacker, or over all technically savvy person, but actually just knows how to read prompts and push buttons. They have little to no knowledge about computers or technology as a whole.
Typically a derogatory term used by hackers, towards other hackers, saying they have no skill, and just download tools off of the internet.
