noun, adjective, adverb. Walk past the one in Evansville, Indiana and you'll see incompetent stoners standing around oblivious to the fact that when they put on their shirt that afternoon they failed to bring the collar down.

Pink shirt: Hey similarly stoned fake friend of mine, wanna go stand outside Abercrombie and pick up on loose girls still in junior high?
Green shirt: Ok. Wait, I hafta....nope I'm already stoned. Good to go!
