chemsi

A person with no future. You will often find a chemsi being unable to read, understand simple vocabulary, and execute basic actions. The name chemsi was probably a mistake meant to be Shemsi, Chemsy, or most commonly, Shemsy.

"Who's that new girl that can't read? Is she dyslexic or something?"
"She's a chemsi"
"Oh."
