A thin trashy ankle. Possibly tattoo covered. Best observed on thin white girls also known as “skanks”. Usually best times to see them is on the north or west side of town. In the meth induced areas. Not to be confused with cankankals from the heavier type skank.

Will you just look at the skankalls on that west side. Those skankals are skankalious.
