a well dressed individual who's soul purpose in life is to create utter destruction of all brain cells of the respective person in which the Fogolo converses with. In other words, a Fogolo is someone who acts in a manner that makes you feel like your getting dumber by the minute.

The fogolo stole the crowd with laughter as he secretly destroyed their brains.
