An excellent and kind goofball. He has been from a brutal past and understands a lot. He is smart and will stand up for his friends and fight, (he is small). Altho some don't care about him or try to put him down he always bounces back. If you have a Julio please don't piss him off, he cares about you even if he doesn't say it (he would cry if he lost you).
