A Nigger scrap is when a lot of niggers (including kids, adults, paraplegics,) "Rumble In The Jungle" in which they use their fists to beat the living shit out of each other. Normally due to Gang affiliation, "hood rights", and because why the fuck not, fuck the police.
nigger 1:" Aw shit dawg! That nigga be walking on our turf"
nigger 2:" Ya know what nigga, I think you're right!
nigger 1: "NIGGA, YOU CAME TO THE WRONG HOOD!"
White pedestrian: "Quick call 911, there's a nigger scrap going on!"
