Faltrugious
Opposite of "gartrugious". When a person, object, or situation seems cool, impressive, or interesting at first, but turns out to be weird, unsettling, awkward, or disappointing upon getting to know it better.

Describing a person, animal, or object that seems weird or off-putting at first, but turns out to be cool, interesting, or likable.
