Hwf can stand for "hot white female" or "healthy white female", they both basically mean the same though. 'Healthy' in this context is the same as being 'fit' in the UK, it means being attractive.
The term is mostly used on dating/hook up apps and websites by men to let women know what they are looking for.

Tom: yo dude I heard you went on tinder looking for hookups, what did you put in your bio to get rid of all the fatties and leftists?
Chad: I just put "looking for hwf" that gets rid of pretty much anyone who is a Liberal or ugly.
