SAB 

A person who takes it easy during the hard parts of workouts i.e. taking it easy on the uphills and going hard on the downhills and is generally an all-round bitch.

Saul's is a bitch. Never trys hard during the workouts and always makes bad jokes and makes himself look like an SAB
