For use when you want to send someone (usually dumb or lower in the chain of command) away from a room so that you can discuss private matters with someone else.

To make someone scarce.

Possible gangster use. Probably a line in a movie.

"Hey Johnny. Why don't you go feed the goldfish. I'll be out in a minute"
