One who often acts like a snippy fuck stick. A real dickhead. Someone who associates themselves with Boy Scouts, and people who find Asians unattractive. Synonyms include touch-hole, dil-hole, fuck stick, cock jockey, pickle-smoocher, trout sniffer, and grundel bundle. If you encounter a Skincock, it is best to counteract their idiocy with a swift kick to the nether-regions.
