The verb form of silky cups. basically badly-behaved, pretentious, ugly, and obnoxious children.

Boy: Why are you acting so silky?
Girl: I just want to fit in!
Boy: How? by going to Broadripple all the time and listening to mediocre music? If thats what it takes, i'd rather be unpopular forever!
Girl: omg you are so lame!!!!
