A tampon that is stuck in the pipes during a clog.

Husband: " Aww... Have you been flushing your tampons down the toilet again?"
Wife: "They said on the box that they were biodegradable!"
Plumber says to the training new guy: "Hey when your snaking out that pipe watch out for those PuNe-RaTs...lol"

It is used by more civilized people when talking about an hour for music to start playing or be played.
