A monitor that is overly aggravated and responds to inapprociate behaviour with severe discipline.

Joe: hey bhy this is really great!

Jim: thats what she said!

Teacher: say that again Jim and I'll suspend you!

Jim: (To Joe) Gezzz...he's monterous today huh?
