Barl

A word derived from the misspelling of another word, which, through repeated use, becomes its own recognized term. Often used humorously or ironically when a typo or mispronunciation sticks around long enough to gain meaning.

Verb: "Bro, you totally barled ‘banana’ into ‘banini,’ and now we all say it."
