Used in text. A jumble of meaningless letters, much like gdatshsk but in capitals to give the appearance of an acronym. This is used to the annoy whoever has been sent it as they will have no idea what is being said towards or about them

Person 1: stfu
Person 2: NMBILU
Person 1: what does that mean?
Person 2 : I'm not telling you
