Puna Bangah, a term widely used in Hawai’i, specifically the Big Island.
Commonly used amongst high school teenagers referring to kids, who pretend to be in a “gang” during their highschool years.

Hou, you know that kid? He’s one Puna Bangah. Yessah blessah 🤙
