Large droopy breasts that are fat, gross, and saggy. Most often seen on fat girls wearing shirts that show a lot of clevage. These are often pushed up with steel-belted underwire bras to disguise them. Proof positive that bigger is not always better.

When Bertha removed her bra her moldy doggets flopped out of her shirt and dangled around her knees.
