People who come from a country that speaks a Latin language. Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Romania, Ecuatorial Guinea, Haiti, Guinea Bissau, Latin America, Phillipines, etc.

Person 2: Because in Haiti we speak French which is a branch of Latin
