A rude name used for somebody who is rather unintelligent and fat.

Person one: "You're a Drucky"
Person two/Drucky: "What's a Drucky?"
Person one: "Exactly"

Or

Person one: "Wouldn't it be cool if Emu's could fly?"
Person two/Drucky: "Emu's can fly idiot"
Person one: "No, no they can't, you're such a Drucky"
