This adjective is used to describe an exceptionally smart, charismatic, and humorous person. It can be used in the past, present, or future tense. Calling somebody a "senay" is almost as flattering as calling someone "God".

Bob: Hey man, did you see that girl yesterday?

Bob: I know dude, she was so smart, charismatic and humorous.
