The act of getting your lazy rear-end of the couch to stop playing video games and start doing one of these activities: running, jogging, crunches, jumping jacks, having sex, pull ups, push ups, having sex; etc...

Harold got off the couch and went to the bedroom to do some excersize with his lady friend.
