Used in place of a thing which you can't remember the name of & dont really wanna; similar to a whatchamacallit or a thingamajig except item (or mood of speaker) is less pleasant. Could be used during a brain fart

"Remind me to take that stinky-bobby next time I go downtown so I can get it fixed!"
