Panty guac(amole) is the greenish discharge commonly found in the absorbent portion of a girls panties and/or crotchal area.

also known as undie guac

I thought I'd surprise my girlfriend and do the wash - while picking up her dirty undies from the floor I got a handful of panty guac for my troubles!
