Rrrrriiiiiggghhhhtttttt?

typically used as a response to a statement someone makes. Doesnt really mean anything, yet it is commonly taken as an acceptable response in conversation. The person saying it usually raises their voice at the end, almost like they're asking a question.

Tom: Wow, I really like this latte. Its very foamy.
Michelle: Rrrrriiiiiggghhhhtttttt???
Tom: Um, yeah. But it does seem strange Aidan isn't here yet. I am getting worried.
Michelle. Rrrrriiiiiggghhhhtttttt?
Tom: Yes. I just said that.
