Blue Nosing

A perpetual state of whining about a particular subject matter to the point of annoyance.

Blue Noser:
1. A complete whiny jabroni.
2. One who whines beyond annoyance.
3. A ridiculous complainer.

John Kerry was blue nosing about the deficit again.
