1. any feckless moronic kid that can't skateboard that insists on strapping on homosexual inline skates and waxes riding surfaces to "grind" at skateparks.

2. also referred as fruitbooters, frootyboots, bladers, or inliners.

3. people that typically waste space and claim they're hip at skateparks. also known to make up lame/useless aerial tricks like ankle grab airs.
