Mr. Moran

A teacher with a mop on his head that caresses his balls while looking straight into the eyes of a student raising their hand. He takes his clipboard and walks around the class while looking at the student with his hand up. He goes back to his desk, and finally calls on them.

Mr. Moran??? Really? That dude lives in the dumpster in the alleyway on 3rd Street.
