1. Normally referring to really insane people. Also, one who is naturally gifted at what they do.

2. Someone who is about 100 times better than the people this individual is playing with. In addition, this said person is on a level that is above everyone else's.

3. Skilled.

Hey man, ever played against Dean? I heard he's insano, I wouldn't ever stand a chance against him!
