Granny Rag 

1. The original "feminine napkin", i.e. a sanitary pad worn by a female inside her underwear during her menstrual cycle.

2. Not to be confused with the more modern version, essentially an absorbent "plug" or "cork" inserted into the vagina, e.g. a tampon.

Eeeeew! This room smells worse than a bucket of used Granny Rags!
