Ratso is an acronym for "Rip All The Shit Out" and is used by disgruntled voters expressing their desire to rid government of ineffective or dishonest elected officials.
The County Commissioners are a useless group of morons and the voters need to RATSO in the upcoming elections to restore government back to the people!
