grumumba

an exclamation of victorious accomplishment used by males upon commencement of sexual activity with females. Most commonly used but not defined by penetration of said females anus. When used in most cases results in a slap and ending of sexual activity.

Or after a load is delivered to a female.

He shouted "grumumba" when he finally conquered her anus, followed immediately by a slap.
