A person who walks with his hands in his pockets and does the Nickel pimp walk (tm). To be a chulo, one must work a rodeo and sell tickets to the eiffel tower he has daily in his house. The word literally means "pimp" in Spanish or colloquially "cool," "bad-ass," or "bad guy." If anyone knows "The Nickel," this definition describes him perfectly.
Damn, I would have to be around here when "The Nickel" finds out that you have been pimping his hoes!
