A snot is Sneaky Nigga Over There. You know that one guy who always suspicious. You may be called a THOT if you are a female, but a male is a SNOT.

Girl 1: Who is that?
Girl 2: Oh you that SNOT. He cheated on me twice. He can't be trusted.
