A guy that acts like a parasite, leeches on to you and your friends and manages to somehow get himself invited to outings. When you stop calling him cause you don't want him around, he moves on from one friend to the next.

Man this guy is such a Bobby, I specifically did not invite him over but he still managed to show up at the party.
