When a dog drags his/her ass across the floor, to wipe its ass while simultaneously making to noise "arrrrr" or "Arrrr...ahhh arrr!". Often resulting in shit-stains on the carpet.

Omg, I just saw peggy doing the arr on the freakin' carpet! Sooo disgusting!
