Mentaltude

Mentaltude is a noun that refers to a habitual mental attitude that influences how a person interprets and responds to situations. It can also refer to a person's mental capacity or intellectual ability. It is receiving conscious or subconscious information through the five senses and immediately deciding how to feel about it without planning or research, resulting in positive or negative brain activity or stress. Mentaltude was coined by Jessie Wright, a black American known as a Master Tactician of Columbia South Carolina, during pre-COVID in 2019 by combining the words mental and attitude.
