A girl who basically lives her life inside a mall, strip mall, or anything that she can spend her money in. Shops at stores that are way too over-priced such as: Abercrombie &Fitch, UrbanOutfitters, Prada, Gucci, Armani Exchange, Coach, Banana Republic, etc. Usually shops with their parents because they carry all the cash. &gets way too much allowance a week. Extremely rich girl who's parents own more than two houses.
