CG 

To 'CG' a girl is to pursue her under the guise of wanting to be with her with no intention of commencing a formal relationship but still indulging in acts usually reserved for relationships such as sex.

"Hey you see that girl? I heard she likes you."
"She's a 6 at best, I could only CG her.'
