Afrikaans (South African language) word for a girl that looks so hot from behind that you would 'steek' (have sex with) her, but when she turns around all you wanna do is 'moer' (slap,hit,beat) her for being so ugly!!

My mate and I walked down the road and spotted a couple of steekmoers!!
