che-bang bang

A name for an especially odd person. Most commonly a person normally emitting odd facial expressions and/or noises in unexpected times.

In extreme cases: One with a clinically undocumented case of terretts syndrome.

Che-bang bang shouted "BITCH!!" at the random woman walking down the street.
