A combination of 'Slooter' and Sloppy. Meaning not only is one incredibly slutty, but has managed to get incredibly sloppy drunk, or just be sloppy in general. Mainly found in 'Hole in the wall" type bars and at any kind of MMA fight.

"Dude, I'm gonna go swoop in on the sloopin, she's almost good looking."
