Pants that are tight around the bum; And or show off ones bum

Can also give someone with no ass a perky and round looking bum

Dre: This pants are too tight that I could not walk down the road with out getting whistles and honks.

Michelle: They're whistle pants Dre.

Kayla: How do these jeans look?

Michelle: Good, but they are not whistle pants.

Michelle: We're going out Friday and if you want free drinks you better wear your whistle pants.
