Are you slaggin' the lagan ?

A rhetorical question used as a retort when someone says a stupid, crass, or offensive sentence. The Lagan is a river in Ireland on which the City of Belfast is situated.

Person1: He's an idiot !!
Person2: Are ya slaggin' the lagan?
